Come and relax in this cozy and original accommodation located in a peaceful neighborhood and village at the gates of nature and a stone's throw from the border... We will give you all our best tips for visiting the area or getting to Luxembourg avoiding traffic jams ;o) Distances to: Arlon center: 3.5 km - 7 min Clairefontaine Forest: 1.5 km - 10 min walk Anlier Forest: 15 km - 15 min Luxembourg city: 27 km - 30 min Luxembourg "Little Switzerland": 39 km - 40 min The space This studio consists of a living room with sofa bed (140 cm), kitchenette and shower room/toilet on the ground floor as well as a mezzanine with large double bed (180 cm) on the first floor. The studio is located in a separate annex of the main building and has a separate entrance and private parking. The studio has private outdoor access, such as a gravel terrace with chairs and table. In case of absence on our part, you can also benefit from covered outdoor access overlooking the garden and pond with a barbecue as well as access to the pool. Guest access Feel free to come equipped for hiking or mountain biking, we will show you great walks and routes and provide you with something to clean and secure your bikes and equipment. We'll also give you all our best restaurant and outing tips. Other things to note Note: be aware that the access staircase to the upper floor consists of a staircase with very high steps that may be difficult to access for the elderly or those with physical weakness. The bed is also 10 cm high from the floor.
