Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/bedroom with bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with 80 cm width in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed even on vacation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with a gas grill. The space My apartment is centrally located, close to Neustadt train station, super connected to public transport, but still quiet and above all sunny on the 3rd floor. In the living room you will find a couch and TV with Netflix as well as a 140 bed. Blackout curtains are available to extend the night. Another person could sleep in the same room on the couch, provided you're not a giant. :) There is also the possibility of accommodating 2 more people in a 180x200 cm bed in the children's room. There you will find a pull-out day bed, which can be quickly converted into a double bed. There is also a baby or toddler travel bed. For all workaholics, you will find a furnished workplace in the children's room, which can be used for home office. A Weber grill is also available on the balcony. Surrounding you will find everything you need to live. Grocery stores, bakeries, late-night shops, restaurants, bars are all within walking distance.
