It has a 2800 m2 enclosed area, a private parking lot, and a second apartment, the "Cabioute 2", is adjoining to this one. We have a body of water located 3 km from the apartment The space Ground floor apartment with private terrace and adjoining La Cabioute 2 is functional and very bright with easy access to the courtyard of the property with a completely closed enclosure for parking vehicles with a private parking space or for our animal friends. Guest access The apartment is located in the center of the village, you have access to small shops directly on foot, a shuttle bus is available a short walk away to go for a stroll in the city of Bourg-en-Bresse 40 km away. Many hiking trails are marked, the Argospace, the tennis court, and the fitness trail are also close by. You can also visit the small museum on the history of Bresse and its traditions, the leaning house with its exhibitions of paintings and finally a media library is present a few meters away. For young children a covered playground has also opened its doors in our town. And then finally the little Friday morning market!!
