The space 3rooms ,2 bathrooms, balcony, 950sqft. Master bedroom- 2 king size bed 2nd bedroom- 1 queen size bed 3rd bedroom- 1 super single bed, 1 single folded mattress Living room-2 x sofa bed 1 unit parking. If there's extra car, pls park at the basement of C block with a charge of rm5/entry or RM10 overnght. Number of guest is not more than 8 including children. 5 is comfortable. 8 is kinda squeeze. Building management will charge additional MYR200 if more than 8 guest.
