My apartment is 200 m from the beach and 150 m from the shops. You'll love my place because of the great location, and the condominium has an adult and children's pool, ballroom, laundry, and covered parking. My place is good for couples and families. The apartment has a barbecue grill, duplex refrigerator, ceiling fan and split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Amazon Prime, air fryer, and other kitchen utensils. We do not provide bed linens and towels. The space The space can accommodate up to 5 people, as it is a kitnet it does not have a separate bedroom. We have 2 sofa beds and 1 single bed. Guest access You can use the condominium pools, as well as the entire apartment. The condominium has a laundry room, the person in charge is the janitor. If you want to use it, ask the janitor for information. We have a sink in the apartment. Other things to note The keys are in the possession of the janitor who lives in the building, and whenever possible we intend to be present to receive you.
