I divided my house into 4 lofts of about 25 square meters with independent entrances consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony where guests are free to enter and exit at any time. In the loft, you will find a refrigerator, a 2-burner stove, a 32" smart TV, and basic kitchen utensils so you can make your own meals. In addition, you will find 1 set of bed linens, 1 set of bath towels and a blanket (not replaced for stays of up to 4 days). I live with my family (husband, 2 children, mother and an adorable kitten). We have open parking in front of the garden. And a wonderful view of the sea and Pedra da Gávea. Guest access Upon arrival, I give the guest 2 keys, one for the apartment and one for the gate, so they can feel free to come and go at any time. This access from the apartment to the gate is on foot or by car along a 200-meter dirt road on a slope and decline surrounded by the forest. I ask that when passing through the gate, keep it locked. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom). The outdoor area and decks are shared with all other guests and my family. Other things to note Upon receiving the guest, I hand over 2 keys, one for the apartment and one for the gate, so that they are free to come and go at any time. I only ask that when passing through the gate, always keep it locked. Access from the gate to the apartment is on foot or by car. Uber does not go down. It is 200 meters on a dirt road uphill and downhill surrounded by forest with natural light. In front of the gate, you can catch an Uber, the 557 Copacabana bus and a taxi. Because it is a family environment, I ask that you do not wear intimate clothing in the outdoor areas or sunbathe topless. I don't provide services. Enjoy the fresh air and nature.
