Cozy house

Our cozy apartment is located in the center of the Soviet district of Kazan, on N. Ershov Street. The Art City residential complex itself includes a pedestrian park with singing fountains, several children's areas. Each courtyard has its own special concept, but all of them are closed and without cars. There are public transport stops near the house, 10 minutes by car to the center. The two-room apartment is located on the 8th floor.
