Check-in is from 1:30 p.m., and it is possible to schedule different times by prior arrangement. The unit has 1 parking space, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), a large living room and a private outdoor terrace. It is 150 meters from BR 232. Electricity, internet, bed linens, bath towels and pillows are included in the daily rate. The space A 100m² ground floor apartment, ideal for families with children and/or the elderly. The condominium is compact, with the leisure area in the center, allowing the family to interact and accompany the children easily. The unit is special, with a clean environment and complete with utensils, comfortable mattresses and all the bedding, preventing guests from having to bring their own items. The private outdoor terrace is perfect for barbecues, afternoon tea or evening with a good wine, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, tables and chairs for comfort. We offer free Wi-Fi internet. Other things to note CHECK-IN: • Hours from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., and it is possible to schedule different times by prior arrangement. • Provide the names of all guests for registration at the front desk, ID number and contact phone number; • Identify yourself at the main entrance to access the condominium; • Park the vehicle in the indicated space of unit 01. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Do not use high-power speakers on the unit's premises and common areas to avoid inconvenience to neighbors. We ask that you use common sense and respect the quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. • The use of beverages and glass utensils on the edge and inside the pool is not allowed. • Do not hang clothes on the windows and terrace. • Wi-Fi: Information is available inside the unit. • Visitors are not allowed. • No parties allowed. • Smoking is not allowed. • We offer a portable barbecue and beer maker. • The daily rate includes energy, internet, linens, bath and pillows.
