Villa Azul is a charming villa with a pool immersed in the greenery of the countryside of Fraginesi, above Scopello and 15 minutes from Castellammare del Golfo. An oasis of peace and serenity, the ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by the beauty of the surrounding nature. The villa is in a strategic position a few minutes by car from Guidaloca beach and 10 minutes from the Baglio di Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The space Villa Azul is a comfortable villa with a pool immersed in the beautiful countryside of Fraginesi, a very quiet residential area just a few minutes by car from Scopello: a small corner of paradise for nature lovers who want to combine the pleasure of a beach vacation with relaxation in the countryside. The highlights of Villa Azul are the large outdoor spaces and the many corners set up to fully enjoy the relaxation areas. Sip a romantic aperitif by the pool, read a book in the shade of the apricot tree, take a nap on the hammock pampered by the rustle of the olive tree fronds, admire the starry sky on the comfortable garden loungers, take a warm outdoor shower back from the sea - these are just some of the pleasant sensations you can experience at Villa Azul. The garden is also surrounded by the countryside where the fruits are available for guests, a chicken coop with our beloved hens from which you can take fresh eggs, (when they make them) and an area with swings for the entertainment of younger guests. The pool is currently chlorinated, and the surrounding area is furnished with a chaise longue for comfortable sunbathing. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS OPEN FROM APRIL 15 TO NOVEMBER 15; if the weather conditions are not optimal, the opening and closing times may vary. The house, recently renovated, has been designed to "dialogue" with the outdoor spaces, through the use of large windows that connect the main rooms with each other: the kitchen with the living room and the living room with the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners. A small flight of stairs leads to the entrance to the bright, cozy living room. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, whose colorful antique majolica floor gives this space a touch of authentic Sicilian personality. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a fourth single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We can accommodate up to 7 people (note: single beds in double rooms cannot be combined in double rooms). The house is also equipped with a comfortable pantry/laundry that completes the optimization of the spaces available to guests. Villa Azul is the ideal home for families with children, thanks to the large outdoor spaces that give children the opportunity to play and have fun in freedom and joy. Guest access Villa Azul is strategically located 15 minutes by car from the lively Castellammare del Golfo, 5 minutes from Guidaloca beach, about 10 minutes from Baglio di Scopello and the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve and about 40 minutes from San Vito lo Capo. Castellammare del Golfo is easily accessible from the two nearby airports of Palermo and Trapani, where the most important national and international companies operate (Ryanair, Easyjet, Ita, etc.) and from here you can easily reach the highway to discover the main tourist destinations of western Sicily: Segesta, Marsala, Selinunte, Erice, etc. Other things to note Villa Azul is located in the countryside, in the area there are cats that approach the house, so it is not suitable for those who are allergic to cat hair. Also, at the back of the villa we have a small chicken coop with chickens, periodically some of us will come to feed them without disturbing our guests. BEFORE BOOKING: 1. THE CATS STAY IN THE GARDEN OF THE HOUSE, they are very independent and always have food available in their little houses in the back of the house. It is also their home, and we expect guests to treat them kindly. There is also a chicken coop, and when possible we provide the eggs from our hens to guests. 2. STRICTLY NO PARTIES AND NO LOUD NOISES - this is a residential area 3. We have done our best to provide a good understanding of the area. 4. In winter, the heating of the house is guaranteed by air conditioners that can be used with hot air. The heating with the plates, in addition to having to be agreed upon at the time of booking for technical reasons, entails an extra 370 euros per week for the extraordinary use of gas (unfortunately, given the size of the house and the cost of gas, we cannot help but ask for this extra). In any case, in Sicily, gas heating by law can be used from December 1 to March 31, and therefore only in these 4 months are we authorized to use the plates. 5.
