Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and in all areas of the condominium building. If you need to smoke, please use the designated smoking area within the property. A fine of 20,000 THB will be charged for each violation. 2. Alcohol may only be consumed inside your room. Drinking is not allowed in any common or public areas of the condominium. A fine of 20,000 THB will be charged for each violation. 3. All trash must be placed in a garbage bag and disposed of in the designated bins assigned by the management office. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 5,000 THB fine per incident. 4. It is strictly prohibited to place any items outside your room at any time, including but not limited to shoes, umbrellas, etc. Each violation will incur a 5,000 THB fine. 5.
