Cozy Jasmine Room: Pool and Ideal Location

The cozy "Jazmín" room is the most intimate in the house and is located in the upper part of the courtyard, offering direct access to the pool. With its rustic style and subtle details, it's ideal for those who want a simple space, but with everything you need for a restful rest. The space • Heated pool: We keep the temperature around 30°C, regulating it weekly for the comfort of all guests. Next to the pool you will find a small table with a speaker, available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. (The pool is shared with other guests). • Kitchen and dining room: We have a large fully equipped kitchen (utensils, appliances, etc.), a dining room for 8 people and a breakfast bar, all available to guests to prepare and enjoy their meals. • Reading rooms and areas: On the ground floor there is a main room and on the upper floor a reading space for those who want a quiet moment. All the water in the house is filtered and drinkable, free of heavy minerals. • Pets on the property: We live with Macarena (a very friendly dog) and Maushi (a quiet cat). Macarena usually welcomes guests with joy, but if you prefer, we can keep her on her private terrace at the top of the house. • Upper terrace: In addition to being Macarena's space, the upper terrace offers a spectacular view of the Parish of San Miguel. It's not usually officially advertised, but if you wish, you can request access to enjoy a beer, watch the sunset, or simply admire the city. • Ample parking: We have an adjacent lot where you can park your vehicle without complications. Guest access We are 1.5 km from the Parish of San Miguel Arcángel (about 15-20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by car). We are very close to the Mercado de San Juan de Dios, a traditional place with excellent gastronomic offerings. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting after exploring the city. During your stay The house is very large and is shared with Isaí and Larisa, the owners, who will be available for any questions or recommendations.
