Full of postcards such as the Metal Bridge and the Statue of Iracema. By the sea, 50 steps away you step on the sand of the beach. Located on the neighborhood's trendiest street, full of bars, restaurants, comedy clubs (Lupus Bier) and the Pirata Bar. The space Cozy, well-lit place with an incredible ocean view. The suite is on the first floor of the building, where we have a spiral staircase for access. Other things to note On the ground floor of the building there is a bar (Longarinas Bar) that opens from Thursday to Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. with live music until 11:30 p.m.
