Guest house with hotel feel, bed linens and towels

Welcome to our nice, smoke-free and allergy-friendly guesthouse in central Sunne. The house was built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh, ironed bed linens and towels are included in the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a south-facing wooden deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality. The space The cottage is 30 sqm with sleeping space for 5 people and the possibility of an extra cot. Open floor plan with one bedroom with drapery, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a loft. The bedroom has a double bed 140 cm, the sofa bed is 130 cm with room for 1-2 people. The loft has 2 105 cm mattresses. TV with Viaplay and streaming. The house is heated with an air-heating pump and provides air conditioning in the summer. The cottage has a water heater of 60 liters and it can take some time to heat the water if many people are going to shower at the same time. Patio/wood deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Barbecue charcoal is not included. Guest access Private parking for 2 cars in the yard next to the cottage. The cottage is located on our farm behind our residential house. Walking distance of 10 minutes to the city center with shops and to Sunne's summerland and swimming area as well as camping. About 10 km to Mårbacka and Sunne Ski & Bike. 4 km to Rottneros park with Västanå theater and golf course. Approximately 10-minute walk from the train station. Other things to note No charging of electric cars may take place on the property. Smoking is not allowed either inside or outside. No pets allowed. The guest cleans up upon departure. The cottage is left in the same cleaned condition as upon arrival. Cleaning products in the cleaning cabinet. Bed linens and towels are included in the price but the guest must make the beds themselves upon arrival and must use the beds. Towels should not be taken to the beach. Beach towels are not included. Self check-in with code on the door. Children's travel bed and children's high chair are available, but you must notify us if you need them as they are not in the cottage. Trash cans outside the door are emptied by the hosts. For long-term stays over 7 days, guests are responsible for their own purchase of consumables such as coffee, shampoo, toilet paper and laundry detergent.
