Welcome to an unforgettable experience in Lyngen and our cabin. We want you to experience the nature in Lyngen that we have so many good experiences with, and create your own good moments with people you love. In the heart of the Lyngsalpene you can enjoy nature, whether you want to go on a top trip or explore the area, or relax in a relaxing atmosphere at the cabin. The cabin has been renovated and is being upgraded continuously. The cabin is fully equipped with what you need. Five km to Lyngseidet. The space It has only a few minute walk to the mountains and and the shore. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need and wish for after a day outside, or just for a relaxing day in a traditional norwegian cabin. The cabin is renovated and taken care of, and has a warm and cozy atmosphere. This is our cabin and we love to stay here, and we`d like you to come and experience the majestetic scenery of the nature in Lyngen. This house has a relaxing atmosphere with wood furniture to support you to have a peace of mind as it connect to even more to mother nature. As this house has five bedrooms it can be a social place, but also has oppurtinity to pull back if you need a quiet place for your self. The property is big, safe and protected so a dinner outside sitting next to the bonfire pan is really nice. Watching the flames is so relaxing, especially with a blanket comforting you when the Northern Lights is dancing in the sky. The fjord is only a short walk away and it gives you spectacular view of the area. Great outdoor area for having coffee and relaxing on reindeer skins. Beautiful view towards the Lyngen mountains. 1. floor: hall, bathroom, kitchen, diningroom, livingroom. 2.floor: 5 bedrooms, the biggest of them is used as a small livingroom when we don`t need the extra bedrom. Basement: extra toilet and storage. Guest access It is only a few minutes walk to the mountains and the coast. The fjord is just a short walk away and a fantastic walk up to the mountain is recommended in summer. The house has parking for up to 4 cars. You can choose two routes from Tromsø, either via Nordkjosbotn (130 km) or by ferry via Breivikeidet over Ullsfjorden (80 km + ferry trip). It is recommended to drive one way to and the other way from as the drive itself has amazing nature both ways. Only 5 km to the municipal center Lyngseidet where you will find grocery stores, pharmacy, gas station, sports shop, alpine facilities, illuminated cross-country ski trails, sherpa stairs (under construction 2022). From Lyngseidet you can also take the ferry across Lyngenfjorden to go skiing in the Kåfjordalpene or just to get a different perspective on the Lyngsalpene. Lyngseidet also has several restaurants that can be used. Other things to note Firewood is included and a detailed manual is available in the house.
