Inside the villa, a large living room equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to the terrace and the swimming pool which will delight you. You will also find 3 bedrooms with their private bathroom. Bedroom 1: Master suite with king size bed, smart tv and bathroom with bathtub Bedroom 2: king size bed, smart tv and bathroom Bedroom 3: In the garden, a bungalow with king size bed, smart tv and private bathroom. Guest access The villa is surrounded by high private walls which guarantee total privacy. It is not shared with other hosts. The villa has a private parking space. Other things to note Included in the stay: Bathroom and pool towels and bed linens are provided. Cleaning and Linen Policy: To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule: The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels. After 3 more nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen. Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability. Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one. For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months. Not included: Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh). A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB. Additional services such as tours, car and motorbike rentals, or taxis are available upon request at an additional cost.
