Affordable Tagaytay Staycation

Comfortable Tagaytay studio unit with balcony located near Tagaytay Rotonda. Close to restaurants, mall, fast food, supermarket and public transportation. It is furnished with two twin size bed, dining table and chair, cooking utensils, ref, microwave, fully airconditioned unit, smart tv and wifi. It is perfect for guest who wish to relax while enjoying the ambiance of Tagaytay. Note: Strictly no pet allowed of any type. Early check in is not allowed Strictly 13yrs old and above only The space **Located at the 23rd floor of the building** Our unit has basic kitchenware (light cooking only and not applicable for heavy cooking) such as refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking pot and frying pan and tableware such as plates cups, utensils and etc. Fresh bed sheets, tissue paper, shampoo, body wash, liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid are provided. A shared blanket will be provided for the 2 persons only. We do not have comforter inside our unit. Separate bathroom with water heater and toilet with bidet. Free access to roofdeck with jogging path and 360 degree view of Tagaytay. Roofdeck is open from 6AM to 9PM. Swimming pool is open from 7am to 10pm; Pool is close on Monday and Thursday due to regular cleaning schedule. Proper swimming attire is required. (Swimming pool is temporary close due to renovation) There are lor of pay parking spaces available inside the building with corresponding fee of P60 per entry on Monday to Thursday except holiday and P80 per entry during Friday to Sunday and Holidays. Payable upon entry. Parking spaces inside the building are available on a first-come, first served basis. Heavy cooking and frying smelly food like fish, squid, dried fish, bagoong and the like is not allowed. Violators will be charged 1,000 pesos. Extra charge for extra linens, blankets and towel. 1,000 pesos shall be charged for lost key. No pets allowed inside the unit. No visitors. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Note: Flexible check in and check out time is not allowed. Please observe standard check in time and standard check out time of the unit. Additional payment is needed for all request earlier than standard check in time and all request later than standard check out time of the unit and is subject to availability. NOTE: Request for alteration or change of date will only be allowed once and must be made 1 week before booking date subject to availability, if not we cannot accept your alteration request. Inspection shall be done before check out, any loss or damage shall be charged accordingly. Loss of keycard would also be charge accordingly.
