My house, brilliant location, close to Celtic Manor, The Convention Centre & Langstone Crematorium. Recently renovated and now a lovely home, however its practically empty most of the time due to work commitments, and needs to be lived in. Feel free to stay, use the master bedroom, enjoy a powerful shower in the en-suite. Make use of the office for your work, or just relax in the kitchen with your shoes off warming your feet whilst watching TV. The space Internet/Wi-fi has an average speed of 30mb/s. Guests are more than welcome to park on the driveway. Your dedicated guest bedroom is the largest in the house, with a en-suite and a kingsize bed. The mattress is cool in the sense that one half is purposely slightly firmer than the other, just pick the side that feels more comfortable. The wardrobe is for your use and comes with hangers. The room has a Bluetooth speaker and an iPhone/pad lightening charger & Samsung charge also underneath the one bedside table. A hairdryer is available just behind the mirror. If you need to iron any clothes, please use the utility room which is downstairs next to the kitchen. Guest access The office, beneath the master bedroom is for the use of the guests, should you have any work to do, and if required you can use the printer (it logs the amount of pages, so it's additional charge of £1 for 10 pages) The kitchen is large, has underfloor heating, so it's always lovely and warm on your feet and is great to sit in and watch tv (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, iPlayer etc available). Help yourself to tea/coffee/milk at anytime however no cooking is allowed. Breakfast is toast/cereal/fruit/yoghurt which is either in the pantry or fridge. You can use the downstairs toilet and utility room. During your stay You'll see me I'm sure at some point, I don't need to be here for you to get access. When you book I'll let you know if I'm working late or getting up early. If I'm working late you are welcome to use the living room.
