You don't need to buy a ranch to enjoy a bucolic and comfortable little house in the middle of the woods. Here you have a quiet, airy and spacious place, where you can hike and bathe in the pond and the spring (depending on the season), study, work... connect (wifi) or re-connect. The room has 6 beds and space for 1 hammock. There is an additional guest fee. Children under 8 years old do not pay, and those between 8 and 12 pay half (consult the host). The space The chalets are close by, in the middle of a valley surrounded by abundant greenery, especially in the rainy months. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. You can park your car inside the property, a few meters from the cottage. After climbing just one flight of stairs you will already be on the balcony, which has a beautiful view of the site, 01 or 02 small tables with 4 chairs and a swing chair waiting for you, or you can set up your favorite hammock. The kitchen is on the balcony and overlooks nature, that is, whoever is cooking can interact with the others. It is equipped with: 1 4-burner stove with oven, 1 240-liter refrigerator, 1 blender, individual utensils for 6 people, other utensils and stainless steel pots, to make your preparations healthier. The room is not lined, like a traditional country house, and has: 01 double bed and 02 bunk beds (single and single), all with good mattresses and canopy; 2 bedside tables and a hanger. The listing is quoted for 2 people, but the room has 6 beds and 1 hammock. We charge an additional fee per additional person. Children under 8 years old do not pay, and children between 8 and 12 years old pay half. Guest access The place is only 2 km from the city center on a paved road and has few houses around. There is no public transportation, but you can go there in your car or take a walk. Other things to note Ah! We are a certified organic property and, during your stay, you can ask us if we have for sale: fresh or minimally processed food, to enhance your recipes, or seedlings. On the ground floor we have a large porch with tables and benches, where you can also set up your hammock. We have an attached open kitchen that is available to guests for an extra fee. This kitchen is equipped with: a 6-burner wood stove; a stainless steel wood oven, a barbecue grill; an igloo oven; a stainless steel sink; and a refrigerator. PS: Bed and bath linens are not included. However, the mattresses are covered with 1 waterproof mattress protector and 1 cotton knit mattress cover; in addition, we provide pillows which are protected with very thick cotton pillowcases.
