HUT4-008011 The space The loft has been recently renovated and designed as an open, warm and functional space, where the kitchen, natural light and connection with the terrace play a central role. It features a cosy living area with sofa, Smart TV and a beautiful chaise longue to relax while enjoying mountain views, a double bed integrated into the open space, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and direct access to a spectacular 120 m² private terrace overlooking La Massana and Sispony. Thanks to its large windows and Nordic-inspired style with industrial and wooden touches, the apartment offers a warm atmosphere ideal for mountain getaways, remote work stays or simply relaxing. It also includes a digital piano with headphones, an exercise bike and a covered parking space in the same building. From May 11 onwards, the loft will also feature new decorative blinds, curtains and a ceiling fan to make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment already has shutters to ensure darkness and a restful sleep at night. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire loft and the spacious 120 m² terrace. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living area with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, digital piano with headphones, exercise bike, washer-dryer and covered parking space in the building. The building has an elevator and is located in a quiet area of Anyós, well connected to the center of Andorra and the main mountain and ski areas. The location offers open views and a pleasant sense of disconnection while maintaining quick access to the center of Andorra. Other things to note In Andorra, a tourist tax of €2.09 per person per night must be charged and is not included in the reservation price. The amount will be requested before arrival through the available payment methods. For stays longer than 7 nights, only the first 7 nights will be charged. The reservation is prepared for a maximum of 2 guests, and the building has community and quiet-hour rules that must be respected. The apartment has been recently renovated and carefully designed, so we kindly ask guests to treat the space and furniture with care during their stay. Any incident, damage or issue should be reported as soon as possible through Airbnb. If necessary, it may be managed through AirCover and Airbnb platform policies.
