This lovely, fully renovated apartment is located in a well preserved complex in the heart of the tourist area of Paphos. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and all the restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet location. Externally, in a gated area is a communal swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. A communal on-site parking is also available for those arriving by car. The space This beautiful and spacious apartment has been fully renovated and designed specifically for accommodating Airbnb guests. It has everything you will need and more. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower, and the other is a compact bedroom with 2 single beds. The sofa becomes a comfortable sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The apartment is fully airconditioned with good wifi signal throughout. You will notice also newly installed triple-glazed windows for enhanced sound and temperature insulation. Additionally, the windows have all been upgraded with mosquito nets, to ensure you wont be bothered by mosquitoes, flies or other bugs. We have also installed a filtering system in the already existing drinkable water tap, so you wont need to worry about buying bottled water every day. Guest access The whole house is available for the visitors to enjoy. The parking lot is free and no specific spots are reserved, so you may park wherever you want without worrying if you are using someone's spot. Street parking is also available. The pool is communal and it is located within the secured complex area, so no strangers will be using it.
