Excellent kitchen with cooktop and electric oven, AirFry, refrigerator, frost-free refrigerator, blender and set of pots. Additional refrigerator to accommodate beverages. Cellar for 36 bottles of wine or sparkling wine. 58-inch SMART TV. NOTE: House with very nice decor to enjoy your leisure time on the beach. Shared leisure space for 5 houses, with a very nice POOL, accompanied by an excellent barbecue grill. Large space, all grassed. Guest access Excellent pool, super hot. Other things to note Always before access, the guest must inform us of the number of people who will occupy the house, and send a photo of a document of each guest, by sending it to the host's WhatsApp. Renting the space for events is not allowed. No more than 10 people are allowed in our accommodation. No SOUND is allowed outside the house. I absolutely never allow the use of sound that disturbs the neighborhood, SUBJECT TO TERMINATION OF THE LEASE without reimbursement of the amount paid. HYGIENE, GARBAGE and WASTE: All garbage and waste must be placed in the trash can at the back of the house, in COMPLETELY SEALED BAGS.
