Niagara River &Gorgeview Manor House is a 1912 historic house that sits majestically atop of hill overlooking the mighty Niagara River and Gorge. It’s a short 10 mins walk to the Falls and the veranda and front windows all have a view of the Niagara River & Gorge. The Falls, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill and many other attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Shopping and pharmacies are also just a short walk away. Max 5 Parking spaces are provided. Enjoy your wonderful trip in Niagara. The space There are totally over 1800sf of the whole house. The home comfortably sleeps 9 persons in a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are huge living area and dining area in main flooring. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned. Built in 1912, this bright and airy home is typical of the Arts and Craft architectural period with large oak baseboards, hardwood floors, natural oak window and door moldings, leaded glass windows, interior arches, and front porch vestibule. These treasured characteristics have been lovingly restored to their original glory. After a day of experiencing Niagara's fabulous scenery, our guests can retreat to the large living room complete with numerous couches, reclining chairs, and writing desks. All the modern comforts of home are here including a large 55" flat screen TVs with android box, Blue Ray Player, radio, upgraded high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more.The large dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences. Guest access This listing will provide living area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to guest. No sharing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor. Living area and dining area, kitchen, one bathroom are located in main flooring. There are 6 Parking spaces for guests. Other things to note House Rules 1. SECURITY /NOISE Police regular patrols of main street during the evening hours. Any noise complaints or issues are handled by Niagara Falls Enforce Services. So we do ask that you consider your neighbors at all times. (If police are called they will charge under the 24hr Niagara Falks Noise By Law with a fine of $850 – no warnings!). The host has the right to refuse the guest's further stay because of a serious nuisance/noise. 2. Non Smoking Policy & Pets - Our house is a Non-Smoking Facility as per Ontario law. This also includes cannibis and other illicit drugs. Any evidence of smoking inside the buildings will result in a fine of $250 and immediate eviction with no refund. Sorry, no pets allowed. 3. There is security camera outside. The host has the right to ask the guest to pay extra fee or refuse guest to continue staying if the actual number of people exceeded the reservation‘s number. Please make sure you book as exact number of guests visiting the property 4. Early Check-in & Late Check-out (We are at busy season now, please don’t require.
