Guest access The Eco Resort – Praia dos Carneiros The Eco Resort is, in fact, a residential resort, meaning it is not exactly a traditional hotel: it consists of flats, bungalows, or independent apartments, many of them available as vacation rentals. It is located beachfront, right next to the famous Chapel of São Benedito (known as the “little church of Carneiros”), one of the postcards of Praia dos Carneiros. Distance from Recife: approximately 87–90 km from Recife International Airport. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions Before Booking: Housekeeping Service and Linen A fee of R$ 140.00 per night is mandatory for housekeeping service (cleaning and basic cooking*). We do not rent without this service. For stays longer than 7 nights, the fee is reduced to R$ 120.00 per night. We consider “basic cooking” to be simple, regional meals such as couscous, cassava, sun-dried beef, fried fish, stews, rice, beans, and similar side dishes. If you wish to have a linen change, it must be requested 24h in advance. The cost is R$ 100.00 per change. Items Provided Personal hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided in an initial courtesy quantity. Replacements during the stay must be arranged by guests. We do not provide bottled water. The property has a water purifier available for use during your stay. All TVs are Smart TVs. You can log into your personal streaming accounts (please remember to log out at checkout). We do not provide passwords. We provide complete linen (bed and bath) according to the number of guests in the reservation, including pool/beach towels. Some basic items such as sugar, salt, and coffee may be available in the property. We provide glassware (wine, beer, whiskey, champagne) as well as acrylic cups for poolside use. A portable crib for children up to 18kg is available upon reservation and subject to a fee of R$ 30.00 per day. Check-in and Check-out We can be flexible with early check-in or late check-out, as long as no other guest is arriving or departing on the same day. Even if the property is not ready yet, you may access the condominium from 12pm to enjoy the common areas. In January and July, due to high turnover, condominium access is allowed from 12pm, and entry into the property up until 4pm (or earlier if cleaning is finished sooner). Important Rules Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Exception: if the accommodation has available capacity, visitors may be authorized by sending their names in advance for reception approval.
