Recently refurbished 50 square meter apartment located in the 11th arrondisement, next to Bastille area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Le Marais it’s also very close. 2 minutes walking from Voltaire metro. 15 minutes to Louvre museum (by metro Bastille), 25 min to Eiffel tower (metro Trocadero). Beautiful 5m balcony with a truly Parisian view. The space This is our house. As most Parisian homes, it is quite cozy. It is divided in a living room, a bedroom, recently renovated kitchen with all new appliances: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction stove and washing / drier machine. The bathroom has a tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There's also a second room but this wont be part of the rental as it is for our twin babies with 2 cribs and toys. Guest access Conveniently located next the Bastille area, a few blocks away from the place de Voges (Victor Hugo's apartment was in this square), and walking distance from the Arsenal Canal that connects directly to the the Seine banks. Night life in "Rue de Lappe" is only few blocks away. It's possible to park in the surroundings. Metro lines close to the apartment: Line 9 - Voltaire 2 min, Line 8- Ledru Rolin 7 min, Line 1 Bastille 8 min. Line 2 - Père Lachaise 12 min. Other things to note Bonjour! we're renting our home for a few weeks per year only. The place is very confortable but keep in mind that our clothes will be in the closet and there are belongings as well in other pieces.
