The space It's a really nice huge apartment - 15th floor, attic, all the furniture is white and shiny. It is really bright and beautiful. Electricity is not included, you have to pay for the electricity upon departure ;-) Guest access You can use the whole apartment - the price is for up to 6 guests. Over 6 guests costs 750 THB per person per night extra.... Other things to note Electricity consumption is not inclusive in the rental fee. Usage will be calculated based on consumption at a rate of 7 THB per kilowatt-hour (KWh), settled upon checkout. Typically, this amounts to an additional expenditure ranging between 10 to 20 USD per day, assuming responsible utilization of air conditioning.
