If you are looking for a place in nature and where you can spend sustainable and conscious holidays in community, this is the perfect place for you! For people who like Yoga and sports, we offer a big selection of options from Yoga classes, hiking tours, climbing classes and much more. Our 120-year-old house, Casa el Riego, is located on the eastern part of the island which hasn’t been touched by mass tourism yet and is offering best climatic conditions for sunny vacations. The space We dispose on 6 double rooms, each one with its own bathroom and with a total capacity of 12 persons. Those who like to prepare food on their own or together with other hosts are welcome to use our ample and well-equipped common kitchen with drinkable water. Our kitchen is meat and fish free. Our hosts can work and eat either in their rooms or in our outside space with phantastic views on the sea and the mountains. While you can heat yourself next to our fireplace during the fresher evenings, our 12x4 meter salt water pool invites you to refresh yourself on warmer days. On our ecological finca are growing diverse exotic trees that give us delicious fruits several times a year and which can be tasted by our hosts. For cleaning, our building projects and renovations we only use ecological and sustainable products and materials. Guest access 5G Wifi on the whole area, vegetarian common kitchen, Baby cod and chair, trampoline, games and books, eco-box with fruits and vegetables from the season (every Tuesday), Yoga and Qi Gong classes 3 to 6 times per week (depending on demand for 15 euros/class), professional Thai massage (on demand), organization of surf and climbing classes and hiking excursions and of course the best recommendations for the island:). During your stay Whether playing games together or eating together, making music... When it suits, we like to spend time with our guests. Space and privacy are however important for our guests as well as for us. The house and the finca are large, so you can find your peace and quiet if you wish, whether in one of the hammocks in the garden or by the pool.... When everyone respects the needs of the others, a wonderful co-living results. Other things to note You will find several cafés, restaurants and shops at 2 kilometers from our house in the small town of Guimar with its old historical centre. The next beach is at 12 minutes by car. We are well situated between the spectacular mountains of Anaga (45 minutes) in the north and the beautiful beaches and climbing spots of the south. The next bus stop is at approx. 25 minutes walking distance so you should either like walking and have a good condition as this is a mountain! For people who want to explore the island and who have children, we highly recommend to rent a car. We have a private parking space.
