Villa Spyglass - Spectacular views all around the island from this Hilltop Estate! Just seven minutes’ walk to Babalua beach. Spyglass is a 3 bedroom villa on a private acre in a quiet neighbourhood. Stunning views over the North and South shores from extensive patios. NOTE: The TCI Gov't Accommodation Tax of 12% is charged separately before arrival. The space The accommodation comprises a modern great room with vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, lounge and dining area with seating for up to 8. There is a 30 foot wall of glass patio doors with spectacular views over the pool deck and to the North shore beyond. Note that this area is cooled by ceiling fans and ocean breezes, it is not airconditioned. There are three ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and each boasts a luxury ensuite with large double vanities, two have extra large, barrier free walk in showers and in one bathroom a large soaker tub. Each bedroom has split air-conditioning, however, because of its hill top location the house is nicely cooled by the gentle breezes. We charge back for use of the AC at cost at the end of the stay, above a weekly limit of $105. There is a large pool with stunning views over the north shore. There are almost 5000 sq ft of external patios with lots of seating for guests to enjoy. Spyglass is our family home and we only make it available to guests if we are not in residence. It is professionally managed in our absence, with our property manager available to assist at any time during your stay. Guest access All areas of the main villa are available to our guests. Note, there is a freestanding guesthouse on the property which will remain vacant. Other things to note NOTE: The 12% Government Tax (which applies to all villa rentals) is charged separately, closer to your arrival. We do not charge a fee for cleaning and include a complimentary mid-stay light clean for our guests who book 7 nights or more. Additional cleaning is available for a charge, as are services such as grocery shopping, private chef, concierge services etc. We do not have a local cable TV service, but have two smart TVs.
