Discover my 26 m² apartment, designed and renovated by an architect, located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, just a 15-minute walk from the heart of Montmartre. Crossing and bathed in light thanks to its windows on both sides, it is a space where it is good to relax after a day of discovery. This is my main residence, and it is on the 6th floor without elevator access. The space Ideal for a couple, a single person or a couple with a child, my apartment includes a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, quiet and overlooking an interior courtyard, as well as an extra sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen opens to the living room, creating a friendly and functional space. You can also enjoy a small balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying an outdoor coffee, with a view of a quiet street. Separate toilets bring even more comfort to the apartment. For your moments of relaxation, I have provided a hi-fi system to listen to your favorite songs and a fan to keep you cool during the summer days.
