Bright,airy & modern studio apartment. It has its own entrance, own bathroom and a large size single bed. It’s warm, cosy and peaceful. Located in a quiet residential area, well placed for public transport or ideal if you have a car. It’s not far to Open University, city centre or hospital. Just 5 mins drive from the M1 motorway. It is bright, modern and fully self-contained all you need. The space The space is very bright, modern and airy. It has a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge and washing machine. You have your own entrance and your own bathroom equipped with a shower. There is a smart TV with the TV channels, YouTube and Netflix for you to watch. Wi-fi is included. There is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a good sized single bed which doubles up as your sofa. There is also a desk to work at should you need to. When you arrive you will have all the things needed to make hot drinks, some cookies and items to make your own breakfast. It is ideal for a business or academic stay, or for getting around Milton Keynes and the local area. The space is entirely yours with your own front door key. Guest access You have your own front door, we live next door at no 14. There is a lock box for your key. Other things to note There is a parking bay at the front of our house you can usually use that or park on street parking (no bigger than a car) We have small, friendly dogs and a cat which have access to our back garden but they do not go into your apartment. It is single accommodation, but should you need the provision, I can by your request provide a small fold out guest bed (or single mattress and bedding for you to make up yourself. ) Additional guest is £25 per night. Rules include , no smoking and to respect the quiet residential area. Also, no shoes in the space please.
