The space •Thoughtfully designed to feel both cosy and practical, this space is bright, clean & modern making it ideal for business, academic or leisure stays. •The studio apartment has its own separate bathroom with a shower and essential toiletries and towels are provided. •The living space is fully open plan, and includes a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, fridge, & a washing machine, along with a breakfast bar for dining at and all the kitchen equipment you would need such as cutlery and plates. •There is a dedicated workspace consisting of a desk and chair as well as WI-FI included. •Complimentary tea, coffee, and breakfast snacks are provided to help you settle in and make yourself at home. •Large full-length windows at one end overlook a private, non-overlooked garden, filling the space with natural light. Voiles provide daytime privacy, with blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. •There is a large and comfortable single bed, which doubles up as a sofa so it’s ideal if you are travelling alone. •Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a TV with Freeview and guest Netflix for your comfort. Guest access You have your own front door, we live next door at no 14. There is a lock box for your key. Other things to note There is a parking bay at the front of our house you can usually use that or park on off street guest parking whichever is available. We have 3 little dogs that go in the garden. It is single person accommodation, but should you need the provision, there is a single mattress and bedding available or I can by your request provide a small fold out guest bed, only suitable for a small adult or a child. Additional guests are charged at £50 per night by prior agreement. Rules include , no smoking and to respect the quiet residential area. Also, no shoes in the space please.
