We propose you a 23 M2 separate apartment with a quiet and sunny exposure to the garden and the terrasse. The principal room is perfect to live and to sleep. And you can encounter independants kitchen and bathroom. The space We live in "Les Lilas", an hill in the neighbouring eastern Paris. This town is quiet, safe and green, with shops and foodmarkets. Our apartment of 23 M2 (250 P2) is situated 7 mn walking from the line 11 Subway. You will be in the historical Paris center (Chatelet, Notre Dame and Museums) in 20 mn. You will find at your disposal a small fully-equipped kitchen, with bed sheet and linen . For your conveniences, you can use our own washing machine in an independant laundry. Obviously, television and internet access are proposed to you! We propose a real double bed, and also have a sofa. The access to the studio is independent,next to the garden, and you can use a sunny and calm terrace in the beautiful days! We occupy the upstairs house and will be pleased to help you if needed. Guest access You are very close to many foodmarkets where you can find cheese, wine, bread, fish and a typical local market.
