Located in a large pine wooded garden and fenced within the golden triangle: quiet, a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the beach. For memorable stays for one or two families, to meet, rest and enjoy nature. (Note: the small adjoining house is never rented simultaneously, so you will fully enjoy the house and its large garden) The space It's a real holiday home, designed for families: friendly, comfortable, unpretentious. It offers beautiful space on the ground floor, with a large 45 m² living/dining room with polished tiled floors (note: these can blacken pants if you have 4-legged friends), an equipped kitchen, separate toilets, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, three cozy attic bedrooms: one double room with its bathroom, 1 family room with double bed and bunk beds, including sink and closets. As well as a children's room for up to 4 beds. Bathroom and toilet are on the landing. The garden, vast and shaded, invites you to relax: naps under the trees, children's games, barbecues, alfresco dining… It's a soothing place, perfect for disconnecting and having fun with family or friends. Guest access The villa is located a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Free parking on site for several cars. There is no outlet for charging electric cars, and it is not allowed to do so without our permission (we will ask you for €20 extra cost per charge). Other things to note - A charcoal BBQ area is available in the garden, as well as outdoor tables & benches. - Wi-Fi is served by fiber optics.
