Welcome to our new 67square meters luxury apartment with two matrimonial beds. You will stay in an area were parking solely in the private building nearby is 250 lei/night. We provide free, underground, secured parking. The place was completely refurbished with new amenities in midd august 2023. All central squares, restaurants, cafés and bars are at a walking distance making the apartment perfect place for families and friends . The walls were repainted, the old wood furniture was replaced with marble and iron custom made expensive furniture in all the spaces including in balcony; modern new chairs were purchased and the old chairs were replaced, the old curtains were replaced with new blackout curtains, a glass wall was added in the bathroom tube as well as an a new professional shower with rain effect. 6 cm new toppers were added above the existing mattresses for a comfortable sleep. All electrical appliances were secured. Our apartment has 1 bedroom connected with 1 living room for everyone's convenience. Each room has one king bed. The kitchen is connected to a fairly large common area where guests can gather and socialize or enjoy a meal together. The apartment itself is a modern place in a new residential building . Although the place is centrally located (Anton Pann street) the area is quiet and cozy.
