There is ample cupboard space for clothes and shoes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, as well a coffee machine for when you don’t feel like going out for a cuppa. You don’t have to worry about staying in touch with loved ones as there is WiFi available and for the days you just want to relax there is an Android tv box to keep you entertained. There is a pool on the ground floor that serves other guests and residents of the building, guests are more than welcome to make use of the pool. Other things to note NB!!! Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. This means that power outages are scheduled for up to 2hrs at a time, and sometimes up to 4hrs at a time, mainly early morning and late evening. Unfortunately we do not have a back up generator in the building to mitigate this. We do provide solar powered lamps as well as well as back up ups battery inverter to keep the WiFi running and uninterrupted. Load shedding is an unfortunate reality for the country that affects every single household. The cleaning fee charged for each booking is made up of the cleaning lady's fee as well as the cost of getting linen and towels sent to the laundromat. Guests staying 10 or more nights are offered a free cleaning service as well as a linen change. Additional cleaning is at the guest's cost and can be arranged at an additional rate of R250 per day (Sunday's and public holidays are charged at R350).
