(Building administration office will call the center to verify the test result before approving the application of check-in). Therefore, please provide the said document to us as soon as your reservation is confirmed on airbnb. Failed providing said docs will not get the access to the building. The refund will not be accepted if the delay or failure of check-in is caused by lack of documents.
