Super nice apartment, in a great location! The beach is 3 blocks away, plus a variety of shops such as: supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, pharmacies, etc. There's no need for a car. Everything can be done on foot. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Check-in from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Check-out until 4:30 p.m. Check-in after 8 p.m. will require prior arrangement with the host on how the keys will be delivered. The space ATTENTION! The advertised overnight rate is for 2 guests. There is an additional charge for 3 or more guests. It is important to be aware of the number of guests when booking! The apartment is spacious and very bright! It accommodates up to 6 guests. But at the moment we can only receive 4 Bedroom 1: double bed with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan with remote control Bedroom 2: two single beds, built-in closet and ceiling fan (currently under renovation) Reversible bedroom 3: a single bed and access to the service bathroom and laundry. This room does not have a ceiling fan or a closet, but it has a shelf with a mirror and a portable fan. There's an extra mattress Social bathroom with a great shower! The living room is large and bright, divided into 2 areas. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. The living room has a 32-inch TV with a Smart TV converter and a small balcony. The living room area has 2 ceiling fans with remote control The apartment has Vivo Wi-Fi. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils needed for everyday life with microwave oven and electric coffee maker The sink faucet has a water filter attached. Large service area, with clotheslines, clothes pegs, buckets, brooms, floor cloth, etc. Guest access The Tortugas neighborhood, in addition to having a nice beach with calmer waters, has a full commercial structure. Everything can be done on foot. On Estrada de Pernambuco Street, about 300 meters from the apartment, there are two supermarkets, including a 24-hour Extra. There are ice cream parlors, açaí, bakery, restaurant per kilo, self-service or a la carte, pizzeria, pet shop, pharmacy, some bars, gym, beachwear stores and on the corner with the waterfront, the Rufinos restaurant. You will only use a car if you want to swim in the sea on another beach or stroll in downtown Pitangueiras. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Then, the third, fourth and fifth guests will be charged an additional fee. 2 - We do not provide sheets and bath towels 3 - Check-in must be done before 8 p.m., as the building does not have a 24-hour concierge. The concierge will open the building and garage gates, hand over the apartment keys, and receive authorization. If it is not possible to check in before 8 pm, we can arrange another way to deliver the keys. In case of midweek reservations (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), check-in will have to be by 5 p.m. because of the days off of each concierge employee.
