The house was the Home of 3 generations of la Familia Santos de la Cruz. In 2020 we decided to renovate it and place it on vacational rental so other people could experienced the warm feeling of our "Home" where we created so many memories. It is a comfortable space of 4 bedrooms with queen size beds big enough for 2 people. Has a perfect location: 5 minutes from beach El Morro and Malecón. We have a Gacebo with BBQ available to enjoy Beautiful Montecristi Nights and El Parque del Reloj View. The space The house is spacious, fresh and very easy to find as it is located in the center of the Town. Guest access Guest can access all house spaces: Back Yard, Gacebo, Kitchen, Parking, etc... Other things to note All doors and windows are secured. House has a small backyard with lemon and cherry tree. Laundry room is in the backyard where guest can also sun-dry clothes. We have 4 rooms 3 of them have air conditioner 1 has a wall Fan. Important Notice for Guests Please note that Montecristi can get very hot due to its geographical location. Many homes, including ours, use water tanks (tinacos), and the water may get warm. Additionally, being a semi-rural area, mosquitoes and ants are common. To avoid issues, please keep windows closed when leaving and avoid eating in the rooms. Aviso Importante para los Huéspedes Tenga en cuenta que Montecristi puede ser muy caluroso debido a su ubicación.
