We don't just offer white walls, a bed and a TV to wait out the night. We offer accommodation that respects your maximum privacy, where you will feel at home. Play your own music from your phone on a BOSE BT speaker, watch your favorite movies on a smart TV or iPad. Relax in a private sauna or on the terrace. Don't just sleep, but enjoy! The space The property contains two apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment has its own terrace. The ground floor apartment has direct access to the garden terrace, while the first-floor apartment has a spacious terrace on the same level, accessible via the corridor. The property falls under the smart home category, with temperature control in the apartment (during winter) managed via an iPad located in each apartment. Guests have access to air conditioning for cooling during the summer or heating during the off-peak (non-summer) season. We strive to be energy-conscious in our operations and to prevent unnecessary waste. For this reason, the functionality of heating and air conditioning is limited based on factors such as the presence of guests in the apartment, open windows, maximum temperature (in winter), or minimum temperature (in summer). Detailed information can be found in the guestbook or informational leaflets. Any special temperature requests in the apartment must be agreed upon and may incur additional charges. Charging electric vehicles is available upon request for a fee. Charging can be done via a standard socket (220V, with the guest providing their own adapter) or a wallbox (Type 2). This service is subject to a fee, and the terms for charging must be agreed upon separately. Guest access Guests use hotel cards to open the main entrance and access the apartment. If storage of sports equipment has been agreed, the guest will receive a code for direct access to the storage area from the parking lot. When booking, please let us know that you will require access to sports equipment storage. Each apartment has one parking space. !!! It is forbidden to park the car directly opposite the main entrance !!!! Other things to note Possibility to rent a private sauna located in the house. The sauna rental price is not part of the accommodation price! (790 CZK for two people for 2 hours) Please note the following strict policies of our property: Accommodation is only permitted for guests aged 12 years and above. - Children younger than 12 cannot be accommodated. - Pets are not allowed. If a guest hides the presence of a child under 12 years old or a pet during the reservation process, it constitutes a serious violation of the house rules and the accommodation conditions published on the booking portals. In such a case, the stay will be immediately cancelled without refund, even after arrival or use of the room.
