The space The apartment is located in the heart of Palm Beach in The Cove apartment complex among all the major hotels. It was newly completed at the end of 2021, modern and comfortably furnished and equipped with a luxury kitchen, bathroom with rain shower and 2 king-size beds. Everything in the house to relax in! From both bedrooms, the bathroom and from the balcony you can see the palm trees of Palm Beach waving in the wind and you can see the sea. Of course there is WiFi connection and there is a beautiful 60 inch TV. The apartment also has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. On the premises there is free parking for 1 car. The building consists of two parts. On one roof you will find a free to use small plunge pool with sunbeds. On the other roof a rooftop bar. Guest access Behind the property you can park easily. When you enter the complex, there is both an elevator and a staircase to the first floor. The entrance to the hallway with apartments is on the right if you go up the stairs and to the left when you take the elevator. Access has been securised. The apartment is then the last one on the right (#107). Other things to note Despite the fact that restaurants, shops and bars are located in the building, it is wonderfully quiet inside the apartment. It is ideal to stay with friends or family. All facilities are new (December 2021) and the atmosphere is warm and a combi of European-Dutch and Aruban. Children For children up to 16 years old, no charge is required.
