Casa ENTREARBOLES is an invitation to an immersive experience in the surrounding nature - the Atlantic Forest of Santa Catarina Island. Perfect for taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains with preserved local flora, and collecting unforgettable sunsets. This is an ideal house for all seasons, rain or shine, ventilated to contemplate the exuberance of summer days; illuminated and cozy in the Santa Catarina winter. Close to heavenly beaches and a variety of hiking trails. The space This is a suspended house, and access to it is via a walkway overlooking the mountains. Parking is 20 meters from the residence. The house is extremely comfortable, bright, and stylish. The upper floor has a terrace (with hammock) overlooking the sea of mountains, a living room with a fireplace integrated into the gourmet kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, there is an office, two large bedrooms with closets (hangers, shelves and drawers), a double bed and a hammock, with a beautiful view of the treetops, a bathroom with two sinks and a shower (which looks like a waterfall) - the lower bathroom can be shared by both bedrooms or you have the option of keeping one suite and one bedroom, and a room for body practices (yoga, stretching, meditation,...). The lower corridor that gives access to the bedrooms and practice room has the presence of a beam-bench that is in itself a living space overlooking the forest, a perfect space to read a book, contemplate the toucans, blue jays, aracuans and capuchin monkeys that will most likely be present showing off their grace. Guest access The house is located in a quiet, exclusively residential neighborhood, with no local shops within walking distance. In the easement itself, it is possible to access (through a 10-minute walk) a lookout with a beautiful view of the sea - Praia do Moçambique, from where you can watch the sunrise. The nearest market is about 2 km away. Pedestrian circulation in the region (in addition to the easement) is currently limited due to the main road that was recently paved and is still not suitable for safe pedestrian circulation. The nearest beach can be easily accessed by car and is 20 minutes from the residence.
