Welcome to Luana’s home! I am very excited to have you. Your spacious and private bedroom has also a private bathroom. There’s also plenty of electrical outlets. We have WIFI, a shared kitchen, a basement and deck. Our guests are welcome to use anything they need we only ask to cleanup after yourselves. We’re chill peeps and flexible with requests. We make the best out of living in the craziness of the city. The space The house has three bedrooms and you’ll have the bigger bedroom. The bedroom is huge. Very spacious, gets plenty of light and is private with a private bath. It also has a desk and two monitors to connect for those who need to work/study. The property is conveniently located two blocks from the grocery store, gas station and some nice restaurants and bars. Plus the park! 😍 The house is also updated and has new appliances. We have a shared kitchen, basement and patio. If you break anything please just let me know and replace or send me the equivalent $. We also ask to be aware of wasting electricity and turn off the things you’re not using. Thank you! Guest access You have access to the entire house except for the other bedrooms. We have a party room in the basement which is also our theater room feel free to watch on the projector or use it whenever you want. There’s street parking. It’s easier to park in the morning and afternoons. At night is harder but you will always find a parking spot within the block and there’s a school parking 1 min walking away that they let us use it at night. The neighborhood is one of the safe ones. If it’s your first time coming to Baltimore, you might experience a little culture shock but hey take a look at the city guide I made for you and I believe you’ll get used to it and feel more comfortable 😃. We’re close to bus stops and walking distance to the park, grocery store and a bunch of bars and restaurants. During your stay Everyone in the house is open to help if needed. If you want to go around and hit some bars, if there’s people in the house they’ll probably want to join. Everyone is young and fun.
