The suite is new with all the comforts for long or short stays. The location is privileged in La Punta (residential area) and quiet, the suite is inside a private property where there are more apartments that are rented. The beach is a few steps away there is direct access within the property and if you surf we are in front of the surf point. The space Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Suite. The kitchen in the first environment has cooking utensils, coffee maker, and minibar. The room is the second room, it has a private bathroom with hot water, double bed, fan, linens and towels. Weekly cleaning is included for long stays. We have high speed WiFi. Guest access The neighborhood is called La Punta, it is small but very complete, there are several restaurants, cafes, surf shops, surf schools, and a yoga studio. The TIA supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and the center is 10 minutes away, there are taxis around the clock but you can get everywhere by walking. Other things to note There are more apartments that are rented per month, a restaurant serving breakfasts, and a Beach bar. There are areas that are still under construction but currently no work is being done.
