We host a fully secure cycle storage area Restaurants, bars, takeaways & coffee shops are all on your doorstep There is a café metres they will deliver breakfast. 3 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and a record player awaits. The space Free parking on the drive for two cars. Three double bedrooms & a sofa bed & a travel cot means we can accommodate up to 8 guests and 1 baby. The beds all have 10 inch luxury mattresses with hotel bedding and hypoallergenic pillows and pillow protectors. The family bathroom, has a shower, bath, sink and toilet. We include complimentary products & Egyptian cotton towels for every guest. The living room has a 49 inch smart TV, with - Netflix; Amazon prime; Now TV & terrestrial TV. You have a record player and about 100 records to choose from. In addition to eco dots, fully subscribed to Amazon music. The kitchen/diner is fully stocked with everything you could ever need. You have a range cooker, an air fryer, Fridge/freezer, a Nespresso machine, microwave, the list goes on. The solid oak dining table is extendable to seat 6 comfortably, 8 at a squeeze. The garden is 100% secure. We don't think dogs can get out. Ours tried every nook and cranny - they had no luck. The hot tub is the very latest design, accommodating 5 people. Rattan furniture, tables and outdoor lights make for lovely summer days. Guest access Whilst we are in a semi rural area, getting around is so easy. Bus routes are in abundance. Taxis are plentiful. The railway station is a 5 minute walk. It is only 9 minutes into Leeds by train. Farsley, Calverley, Pudsey, Horsforth, Cookridge, Yeadon, Guiseley etc are minutes away by car. Leeds, Harrogate, Ilkley, Bradford are all close by car or train. If you like walking then your in luck. Not only are we the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, but the canal in 60 metres away, Calverley woods are opposite, which are simply stunning. CYCLING - This is the county for cyclists. The best bit is we have a FULLY SECURE outdoor (100% - non visible) storage at Redfearn Cottage, and facilities to chain your bikes up. The private courtyard will accommodate as many bikes as is required. Even motorbikes. Other things to note Please note - whilst we welcome up to 8 guests. Redfearn cottage does have neighbours. We kindly ask that outdoor noise is kept to a minimum and certainly not into the early hours. We will IMMEDIATELY EVICT any and all guests if: - 1- We get complaints from neighbours 2- More than the booked amount of people are at the property 3- A party 4- We have v sensitive state of the art smoke detectors that notify when nicotine is detected. We appreciate the vast majority of people are respectful and indeed are really nice.
