The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building in the historic center, has independent entrance to the limit of the ZTL and consists of a living room with kitchenette (oven, hob, crockery and kitchen utensils, moka, refrigerator with freezer) and sofa TV corner, a double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower with independent heating for the production of hot water, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, for a total of 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests in a double bedroom and maximum, with extra bed in the same room and on request, can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people. Linens and towels provided upon arrival (sheets and towels). The large bedroom has a double bed, while the extra bed, to be requested, can be added in the same bedroom. The house also has a small outdoor courtyard for exclusive use, partially covered, useful for storing clothes to dry. The house is essential in its spaces, clean and cozy. The decor is functional for a long stay, even for a long stay. Hot water and any heating are provided via a stand-alone methane gas boiler. Doors and window ensure good natural ventilation of the apartment. Bed linens and towels are provided. Cutlery, dishes, blankets, and pillows are available in the home.
