Information: A cozy one-story villa on a quiet dead-end street in Gyaskogen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room in an open plan. Corner plot with outdoor environments in the southern and southwestern directions. Optimal for 4 people, 6 can fit. Renovated in 2014, 2018 and 2019. 5-minute walk to the beach. Gyaskogen just outside the property with a cozy walking path down to Sweden's best beach. The space 5-minute walk to the beach, through Gyaskogen. Playground directly adjacent. Guest access Everything in the house. Dry goods are replaced. Other things to note For maximum comfort, we recommend that you are a maximum of 4 adults.
