A cozy single-story villa on a quiet dead-end street in Gyaskogen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and open-plan living room. Corner plot with outdoor environments in a southerly and southwesterly direction. Optimal for 4 people, 6 can fit. Renovated in 2014, 2018, and 2019. 5-minute walk to the beach. Gyaskogen just outside the property with a cozy walking path down to Sweden's best beach. We have a cat, Pelle! The space 5-minute walk to the beach, through Gyaskogen. Playground directly adjacent. Guest access Everything in the house. Dry goods are replaced. Other things to note For maximum comfort, we recommend that you are a maximum of 4 adults.
