Beautiful townhouse, fully equipped in the best area of Chuburná with a private pool and zen area to enjoy with the whole family within a private area with security and green areas to relax and take advantage of the proximity to all the places within the city. Petfriendly Different beaches, cenotes, archaeological ruins and much more less than 1hr away The space The townhouse has a covered garage, a small room integrated with both the pool on one side and the bar and kitchen on the other. Half bathroom and a washer-dryer next to the deck where you can enjoy the sun and cool off in the pool. To access the bedrooms you have to climb a staircase. Both bedrooms have a double bed, hammock and a single sofa bed as well as full bathrooms and closets. There are three smartTVs - one for each space - with 100MB internet and cable TV. Guest access The neighborhood is very safe to walk to take public transportation that passes a few blocks away to take you to the city center The house has a safe for the keys, which allows us to have a lot of flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Other things to note The internet is 100MB with the modem upstairs - bedrooms / office - and a router downstairs so that 100% of the house has an excellent signal.
