Perched on the 5th floor of a superb building in the heart of a typical Parisian neighborhood, this apartment will seduce you with its decor, calm and two terraces on which you can enjoy your meals or relax in the hammock. A kitchen opens onto a large living room, 3 very quiet bedrooms (3 double beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (bathtub), 2 toilets. The apartment is very elegant and functional. Located in the heart of a very lively neighborhood (many restaurants and shops). The space The accommodation has 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed). 2 of these bedrooms open onto a terrace where you can have a drink in the shade of the maple and the arbors, and enjoy the setting sun. The kitchen (new and fully equipped) overlooks the large living room. You can practice on our piano located in the living room. This kitchen/living room area has 2 large accesses to another beautiful 30 m2 terrace, planted with olive trees, vines, roses, lavender, etc. Automatic watering works on both terraces when required. The terraces are equipped with armchairs and tables. So you can have your breakfasts and meals, lounge on the hammock and admire the Parisian rooftops (we are on the 5th and top floor) Our neighborhood is lively and full of great places to have a drink and a good meal. We are in the heart of Village Jourdain. Last but not least, for fans of urban art, this neighborhood is one of the highlights of Street Art in the capital (your host, who designs and organizes artistic tours in Paris, can give you some tips to admire the most amazing works!). Guest access The apartment is located 5 minutes' walk from Jourdain station or Pyrénées station. There are also several bus lines nearby. One of our metro lines (11) directly serves République, Hôtel de Ville and Châtelet stations (in the heart of Paris) in just a few stations.
