With a spacious garden, large terrace, trampoline, and a balcony on the first floor, our home is a wonderful retreat for families. The stylish decor and comfortable amenities ensure a pleasant stay, while the convenient location just 4 km from the S-train station and a 20-minute drive from Copenhagen make it easy to explore all that Copenhagen and its surroundings have to offer. *Available for families & couples* The space The villa spans across 2 floors and boasts a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace with outdoor sofa set and dining table, as well as a balcony on the first floor with another sofa set. Ground Floor: This floor features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200). The adjacent bathroom offers a shower cubicle and toilet. The open-plan kitchen and dining area serve as the heart of the house, accommodating up to 8 people at the dining table. Additionally, there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. First Floor: On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms. One room is furnished with a single bed (120 x 200), while the other bedroom offers a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (160x200). The spacious bathroom on this floor also features a shower cubicle and toilet. The generous living room is the perfect spot to unwind with a cozy sofa set and enjoy the view of the surrounding fields.
