Beautiful 3-story family beach house in a private Alto Bujama condominium just 8 minutes from Boulevard de Asia. It has all the comforts to escape Lima and enjoy a few days of relaxation. The house has 4 bedrooms (9 beds and a half, 1 double and 1 king) and 4 full bathrooms. It also has a large living room, a kitchen with a bar, 2 terraces (1st and 3rd floor), a swimming pool, a patio and a large barbecue area. Very quiet place with a cellar, lagoon, etc. Other things to note The condominium does not have its own beach, however the beach is quite close. The beach is located leaving the condominium on the left 2 blocks (3 kms from beach, very quiet). From the house it takes about 8 to 10 minutes walking, but what I always recommend to all my tenants and what I do is go by car from the house to the parking lots at the entrance of the condominium (this takes less than 1 minute) and then walk the two blocks to the left leaving the condominium where you will find the shore (this will take you a maximum of 3 minutes).
