The 3-room flat (80m2) in the ground floor basement has a private entrance and garden seating area with sea view as well as a private parking space. The space Comfortable and cosy furnishings: Living/dining room with satellite TV and radio. One double room with shower/WC. One room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Kitchenette with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Basic cooking equipment, electric coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment. Other equipment: wifi, hairdryer, iron/board, air conditioning (€ 1 per hour), baby cot, safe, fire extinguisher. Not available: Beach towels, parasol. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house.
