Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas 300 m Veloso Beach 1,300 m Curral Beach 1,500 m The space The beach house has an open concept environment on the ground floor, consisting of a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay, a dining counter with stools, a dining table, chairs, a living room with a 50” Smart TV, a comfortable eco-leather sofa (new) with a chaise longue and split air-conditioning. In front of this space, there is a covered balcony with a barbecue and sink, table and chairs. In addition, on the same floor are the laundry room and the toilet. Up the living room stairs, you will find two en-suites equipped with split air-conditioning, queen size bed, bunk bed, blackout curtains, dresser, new mattresses of excellent quality and bathrooms with delightful showers. From this environment, through another staircase, it will be possible to access a solarium with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Other things to note GENERAL POLICY OFFICE HOURS The hours ⏰ for any information or maintenance, before and during your stay, are daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., outside these hours I will be in my rest period. I kindly ask that this rule be respected so as not to compromise my response rate, which is 100% whenever requested within the defined time. I know it's frustrating when we send a message and the return is slow to happen, so the importance of understanding in this regard. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME • Check in: 14:00 - 24:00. For alternative times contact us. We recommend booking an earlier or later night to ensure immediate entry or stay in the home before/after the pre-established times for check-in and check-out. If it is not possible, we will be able to welcome you to the common areas of the Vila Bela da Princesa condominium where you can enjoy the pool and game room. • Check-Out: until 10 am The time limit for checkout is until 10am, we have a tolerance of 10 minutes and after that you will be charged an extra fee in the amount of $750.00. This fee does not allow the guest to stay beyond the time, it will be applied so we can hire an extra team to help clean up in time to be able to host the next guests. In addition to the fee collection, the cleaning staff will need to enter the house from 10:10 am to start cleaning work. This action helps us maintain our zero-delayed check in rate for the guest. • Late check-out rate of 70% in the daily rate, with departure time until 6pm (subject to analysis). Please refer to the availability until the day before your departure if you resolve at the last minute. It will not be possible to late checkout on Fridays and Saturdays or holidays. BED AND BATH LINENS • Bed and bath linens: We do not provide linens and bath linens. We indicate a laundry room that you can rent for a small fee. Bed and bath linens must be booked 48 hours in advance. Upon arrival, check if the leased blankets will meet your requirements. Remember that the laundry room only serves from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for ordering parts. We make the removal, return of the pieces and housekeeping of the beds as a courtesy. Couple Kit: $85.00 consisting of bottom sheet, top sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 blanket, 2 bath towels and 2 face towels. Single Kit: $75.00 consisting of bottom sheet, top sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 blanket, 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. PARKING We have 02 parking spaces (not demarcated) included in the reservation amount. • RULES FOR PETS We are Petfriendly (subject to consultation and payment of Pet fee) and your four-legged friend is very welcome in our beach house, including the biggest ones. How to go to the beach without taking your friend? The maximum limit of Pets is 02, regardless of size, the greats are also welcome. For the welfare of everyone in the condominium, the dogs must be led, obligatorily on the collar or on the lap. When accessing the house, the pet's guardian is aware of the responsibility for his actions. Being alone in an unfamiliar house is always a challenge for pets, so try to spend a few hours with it until it adapts to the new house. In the event that you are still a puppy who loves to eat things, please review whether it will really be the time to take him to a home, where other guests will enter shortly after their departure and we will not have time to repair or replace the spoiled item, which will be very damaging to our reputation in the Airbnb community that we so highly value. PARKING We have 02 unmarked spaces in the condominium parking lot. It is not permitted to stop the car behind another vehicle, preventing it from moving from the parked location.
